ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We will ship orders in 1-3 business days of receipt of order.

U.S. Postal service shipping time is in addition to our handling time.

All orders are shipped First Class, or Priority via US Postal.

RETURN POLICY

What is WhimZ Girl's return policy?

We guarantee 100% satisfation with your purchase.

You may return unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or return.

Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card.

Returns for refund after 30 days of purchase will result in an online WhimZ store credit.

Returns after 60 days or more of purchase are not accepted for refund or exchange.

Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.

FOR LARGE ORDERS OF 8 PIECES OR $150 A 10% RESTOCKING FEE IS DEDUCTED
